| The SMTP Diagnostics support forum is now closed. Instead, all support questions will be answered via email. Post your questions, bug reports, etc through the White Peak Software contact page available at:

Why the change? Honestly, SMTP Diagnostics is not a popular program. At best, one to two single user licenses are sold each month. I'm not even sure if I will continue selling the product after 2010. Also, most support questions I receive come via email already. In other words, this forum is not very active. Combine these with the fact that I moved the other product support groups to Google Groups, I don't see a strong reason to keep this area open.
The forum will remain online for a few months in a read-only mode, after which I plan to stop hosting the forums software altogether.
