WHEN I TRY TO SEND A MESSAGE VIA. MY DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT, IT EITHER TAKES FOREVER OR IT COMPLETELY TIMES OUT TRYING TO CONNECT AND SEND. I HAVE CHECKED MY OUTGOING PORT WHICH BY DEFAULT IS 25 AND MY ISP PORT NUMBER IS 587 WHICH DIRECTLY CONNECTS WITH COMCAST'S SERVER. I HAVE ENACTED MY COMMAND PROMPT AND USED THE COMMANDS " ipconfig/flushdns, netsh winsock reset " and i have temporary results of limited speed and connection improvements. The attachments are minimum in size [ 2 mbs ] and this problem occurs in all my mail clients programs. I tested the upstream power transmitt and received a reading of +10..53 dBmV which I was told was very poor. How can I improve my performance in this area. My overall uploading performance is poor and using Belarc advisor, there is no problem associated with my hardware or software and system bios. Please respond to me at my e-mail address, jhaskins75@comcast.net Thank you, John haskins

test message

This is a test.
